Subject: Strange Problem with ELS I v2.0a
Date: August 2, 1990
Version: ELS I v2.0a

Scenario: 1. The customer tried to run ANET3 and would immediatly get
"file server not found".
2. He had an IPX and NET3 handy, so we gave it a go. It
attached and he logged in. (The file server monitor showed
that one workstation was connected.)
3. We decided to try ANET3 again. We got the same result
(file server not found).
After this the customer walked around the office and found
that 2 workstations were logged in, even though the monitor
did not reflect this.
4. He did a USERLIST from one of the workstations and it
showed that there were two connections currently in use.
5. We decided to check SYSCON to see what it said. We
found that all four connections were used.
6. He cleared all the connections and ANET3 would work just
fine.
